Dato’ Jamelah Jamaluddin
Executive Chairman
An experienced banker with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to establishing Mudharib Partners, she led one of the leading foreign Islamic Bank in Malaysia, playing a pivotal role in delivering and executing strategy for the Bank’s operations in the country and in the Asia-Pacific region.
Dato Jamelah currently sits in a few board directorship and consulship which includes MARA Council Member and Malaysia Productivity Council (MPC).
Dato Jamelah holds a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Central Michigan University, Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Western Michigan University, United States of America and a Capital Market Services Representative License’s (“CMSRL”) holder.
Badrulnizam Bahaman
Executive Director
Badrul Bahaman is an experienced investment banker with more than 25 years of exposure in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Mudharib Partners he was attached with various financial institutions covering debt, equity and advisory transactions.
Badrul is an entrepreneur with a strong network of investors and industry contacts in public and private companies and has extensive involvement as director and consultant in relation to capital raising, financial restructuring and strategic investments.
He holds a BsC in Economics and Finance from University of Hartford, Connecticut, Masters in Applied Finance from Melbourne University, Australia and a CMSRL holder.
Amir Hakim
Associate Director
Amir Hakim is an all-rounder finance professional with more than 10 years’ experience in the financials, investments and professional industry, domestically and overseas. Prior to joining Mudharib Partners he was attached with a leading foreign investment bank in Malaysia.
His core competencies includes M&A, deal sourcing and execution, financial modelling, debt and credit analysis, equity valuation, corporate strategy and transaction/restructuring exercise.
Amir holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Curtin University, Western Australia and a CMSRL holder.
Izzat Esa
Associate Director
Izzat Esa is an all-rounder investment professional with more than 8 years experience in the investment and financial industry. Prior to joining Mudharib Partners he was attached with a private equity firm and sell-side equity research house. His sector coverage include consumer, transports & logistics, infrastructure and healthcare industry.
His core competencies includes research, deal sourcing and execution, financial modelling, debt and credit analysis, equity valuation, corporate strategy and investment portfolio monitoring.
Izzat holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics & Finance, University of Nottingham, Malaysia and a CMSRL holder.
Khairul Ammar
Manager
Khairul Ammar has more than 10 years working experience in multiple industries and job functions. Prior to joining Mudharib Partners, he was attached to a health and wellness company of which he was responsible in managing its daily business operation and administration.
Khairul Ammar holds a Bachelor Degree in Multimedia, International University College of Twin Technology (IUCTT), Malaysia
